Terms and Conditions of the DriveWave Website
1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website DriveWave.pl, operated by DriveWave Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Klonowa 17B/3, 03-427 Radnów, NIP 321302313 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “Administrator”).
- By using the website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions are made available in a manner that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and printed.
2. Definitions
- Website/Service – the website available at drivewave.pl, including its subpages (among others: dwdesign570, import, gallery).
- User – any person using the Website.
- Services – services provided electronically by the Operator via the Website, in particular: presentation of boat offers, an online configurator, contact forms, and import inquiry forms.
3. Scope of Services and Use of the Website

The Operator enables Users, among others, to:
- review the offer of motorboats and equipment packages;
- use the online configurator (if available);
- complete contact and import inquiry forms.
- Use of most Website functionalities is free of charge. The Operator reserves the right to introduce fees for selected services; in such cases, information regarding the fees and payment methods will be clearly displayed.
- The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and principles of good conduct and not to take any actions that could disrupt the functioning of the Website.
